Basic Troubleshooting

Create an Account

with XLOG via the Login page in the app. This will initiate the upload of your data to the cloud for use on other devices.

Try another Device

If possible, try XLOG on another device, and login with the newly created account. Ensure all of your data is synced to the new device.

Still no Data?

If after installing on the new device, your data is not synced, check your cellular data connection or your wifi connection.
